Jimmy Castor is a New York soul legend, a singer, instrumentalist and songwriter who is at home in genres ranging from doo-wop to Latin soul and funk. "From The Roots" is from 1973 and was originally released on Paul Winley Records. Highlights include "Soul Sister" and "Block Party". Pressed on 140g black vinyl with original artwork and printed inner sleeve.
