The crossover pop success of the late 70s and 80s is also covered. Legendary artists include Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Supremes, The Jackson Five, Smokey Robinson and The Commodores. But lesser-known gems by Marv Johnson, Barrett Strong, The Marvelettes and Tom Clay are also represented. The selection is complemented by pop icons such as Rick James, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Lionel Richie and Debarge. The compilation contains a total of 33 impressive tracks. An accompanying booklet with photos and credits rounds off this unique release.
